Why is crystallisation a better technique than the evaporation process?
Crystallisation is considered better than evaporation for purifying solids due to the following reasons:

- Gives Pure, Well-Formed Crystals - Crystallisation results in the formation of pure crystals with definite shape and size. Evaporation leaves behind a solid residue that may contain impurities.
- Safer for Heat-Sensitive Substances - Substances that are sensitive to heat can be safely purified using crystallisation, unlike evaporation which uses continuous heating.
