What is emulsion?
An emulsion is a special type of colloid in which tiny droplets of one liquid are spread throughout another liquid, and both liquids do not mix properly (they are immiscible).
In Simple Words we can say that an emulsion is a mixture of two liquids that normally do not mix, like oil and water. In an emulsion, one liquid is broken into small droplets and spread out in the other.
