What is aerosol?
An aerosol is a type of colloid in which tiny solid or liquid particles are spread (dispersed) in a gas.
In Simple Words we can say that an aerosol is a mixture of small particles (like dust, smoke, or liquid drops) floating in air or another gas.
Examples of Aerosols:
- Fog – tiny water droplets in air
- Smoke – solid particles in air
- Deodorant spray – liquid droplets in gas
- Clouds – water droplets in air
Aerosols are common in nature (like clouds and mist) and in daily life (like sprays, perfumes, and cooking sprays).
